Yes, the invoices can be claimed for tax purposes as household-related services. As a rule, the tax office reimburses around 20% of the total amount.

I pick up dogs from Schöneberg, Tempelhof, Wilmersdorf, Friedenau, Steglitz, Schmargendorf, Grunewald, and Zehlendorf.

In order for your dog to participate in the walks, the following requirements must be met:
- Up-to-date standard vaccinations
- Free of infectious diseases and parasites
- Existing pet owner liability insurance
- Social compatibility with other dogs
- No female dogs currently in heat
- Registered with the tax office

Your dog should be at least 6 months old to be able to join the two-hour walks.

I walk the dogs in all weather conditions. Only when conditions are too extreme to go out into nature – for example, heavy rain, storms, or ice – we do stay in the city. In this case, we take a shorter walk in your neighborhood and I bring your dog back home safely afterwards.

We can decide together whether your dog can be let off the leash. As a rule, we keep all dogs on a leash. If your dog is allowed to run freely and obeys commands, I will gladly let him off the leash.

Whether your dog can participate depends on its individual needs. I will be happy to clarify this together when we meet or on the trial day.

Depending on traffic, the total journey time is around 1.5 to 2 hours.

Depending on the pick-up location, your dog will be traveling with us for around 4 to 6 hours.

I will pick up your dog between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m. and bring him back between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m.

No, you don't have to be at home. You are welcome to leave me a key so that I can pick up your dog even if you are not at home.

Your dog will travel in its own comfortable crate. The vehicle is air-conditioned and has been inspected by the veterinary office for dog transport.

Yes, your dog's place will remain reserved during your absence so that he can return to his usual group without any problems after your vacation or other absences. If I am on vacation, you will be informed at least three weeks in advance.

Yes, the cancellation notice period is one month.

Yes, you can upgrade to a larger subscription at any time if you want to use the service more frequently (provided there are places available). If you want to downgrade to a smaller subscription, you must notify me one month in advance. The new subscription will then take effect in the following month.

No, unfortunately it is not possible to take a break, as we cannot keep the space free during this time.

If you already have a subscription with me, you are welcome to book additional days at short notice. Each additional day costs €45.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to book for short periods only. The minimum term is 3 months so that the dogs in the group can build a trusting and harmonious relationship.
